The worst that can happen is a feeling

Can you help me understand how the idea of “the worst that can happen is a feeling” connects to the Feeling line in a Model?
My current understanding is “the worst that can happen is a feeling” is a powerful concept that helps us make big goals and plans knowing that we can process whatever feelings come up.
When I’m doing models on thoughts in the morning, I try out different thoughts in the T line to see which would be the most useful for me. From that place, I don’t feel the F line particularly strongly in those moments, so it’s not like there’s a big Feeling to process. I’m just looking objectively at what results a certain thought creates. Should I be trying to feel and process those feelings in a hypothetical model even if they’re not coming up for me?
