Hi Brooke – so true on your insight. If you had never started SCS I would not be 55 pounds lighter, happier, and filled with hope and excitement in the possibility of starting coaching practice. I think now, if I do not coach, there will be 20 people that will continue to suffer. How do I allow that to continue when my eyes have been opened. I appreciate your work.
