In spite of good working hours,lately I feel I just don’t get time to do my scs work . I barely get time to do thought downloads and the only thing I manage is planning next day with the meals . So whole day I try to follow the planner but somehow thought downloads and workbook keep getting pushed over . Surprisingly I manage the exercise and meals religiously but thought work keeps getting postponed. Sometimes I ve spare time and I feel I should do thought download but I land up buffering on social media or playing with my kid . I schedule separate time to play with my kid . When I’m finally free I don’t think straight and just want to go to bed .
How do I ensure that I do my thought work on priority ?
