These days


So there are days where I can stop believing my negative thoughts
I’ve done the thoughts downloads and I still keep thinking about them and believing them
do you have concrete suggestions on how not to believe them
even if i do an intentional model i still end up thinking about these negative thoughts.

Some phrases or words i can think or say to me to keep calm and be open about a new thought?
