So, yesterday I sat with my elderly father at his doctors office. He had been told to arrive 1/2 hr prior to his appt. (Why when it takes less than 5 minutes to check in?). After 1 hour of waiting I was fuming. Instead of fuming I got up and said to the receptionist “I don’t understand why you would request us to arrive 1/2 hour early and then keep us waiting for an hour, does that seem reasonable to you”. I would never have done that before. I was willing to be embassassed and deal with it.
Today, I realized I had ordered something I have not used because I really didn’t understand what I was ordering. So today, I asked and received a refund. I have never done that before!! I think I could really get into this!!
