I just wayched your July 19th call, when you verbally gave us a worksheet to do about foods and net negative consequences on one side and things we’d rather do than eat those foods and those consequences on the othr side. Ok. So, my question is this: can you place in the “things you would rather do than eat” column things that are not yet in your life, or do they have to be things you would rather do that exist NOW? For example, I love public speaking, but do not have the opportunity to do that right now. Should I plsce that in thst column or not? I’m not OCD (too much), but think this exercise might be helpful to me.
