Thinking as if what I want happened


What you say about living as if it what you want has happened already sounds amazing and powerful. I am practicing it and have found that I am not too effective when I do. Let’s say I weigh 180 lbs now and I want to weigh 130 lbs. I have thought about what does 130 me think and practiced those thoughts, for example, my close make me look great. And the fact that my clothes actually don’t make me look great now is apparent regardless so what happens is a sense confusion. This is just one example, I see this happening with practicing many of the thoughts me at 130 would think. What do you suggest to do to be effective doing this? I can see its importance and want to get incredibly good at doing it but don’t get how. Thanks!
