THINKING ABOUT FOOD PLAN WITH THE OVER DRINKING PLAN I’M ALREADY DOING.

I haven’t given this any real thought until now after reading someone else’s post on this along with having a drinking plan. I haven’t really looked into the food plan because I’m really concentrating on the Stop Over Drinking Plan. When one of the people on here mentioned working the food plan and something called “Joys” which I’m assuming is a planned food maybe once a week?? I thought, “How can one do the food plan and the Over Drinking plan at the same time? I am doing my drink plans like 3 nights a week. If I were doing the food plan with it then it doesn’t seem to align. Alcohol has sugar. I’m going to go over and take a look at the food plan but I was curious. Is it that you can plan a “Joy” whenever you want like an allowed urge and still plan Allowed Urges for drinking at the same time. Bit confused.
