This actually works

This is my third month.
I now know what is meant by “cleaning up my thinking.” I’m clearer on what I am ACTUALLY feeling vs an interpretation of facts.

I am stunned by my results with Monday Hour One and combined with the above how I show up with my kids and husband.

He has told me that I feel different.

I’ve been doing models for anything – not just when I am agitated or annoyed ….. but for random feelings (I am currently noticing my feelings before the thought typically).

Here is my question –

It feels like I am developing more bandwidth to be deliberately thinking and not going to primitive brain; just feeling better overall. I’m less reactive.

What is happening there? What happens in the brain as we are cleaning up our thinking, and feeling better overall?
