I’ve had this thought, belief that everything works out as it’s supposed to since I was a kid. It’s definitely shaped how I am in the world and I like the parts of it that allow me to be trusting, open and accepting. Lately I’ve noticed that it isn’t always getting me the results that I want. That I’m using it as an excuse to not take action. Is it better to get rid of a thought when it isn’t entirely serving you or modify the thought?
