Same thought different feeling?


I am wondering how to have the same thought but different feeling, action and result. Is this possible? Is it in changing the tone of the thought? Or does that thought then become the C-line?

C-the house is a mess
T-we have too much stuff
F-irritated
A-drama: stomping around while forcefully picking things up
R-stuff ends up in a pile, can’t find things, add to the stuff, everyone flees from mom

C-the house is a mess

F-able to let go (not sure the word to associate with this)
A-happily remove and rid of unnecessary items
R-we have less, we can find what we need, room to breath
