I just joined scholars and did my first thought download and model
I just want to ask, since the same thoughts are repeated in my mind, does this mean that every day i will be writing the same thoughts in the the thought download?
Also while writing my first thought download i noticed i started many sentences with “i feel …. ” so is that ok?? or should i only be including thoughts?
