Thought Download

Hey Brooke,

Two questions:

1) When and how often do you recommend doing thought downloads when first beginning this work (just started this month)?

2) After the thought download, should I be doing models on all of the negative thoughts I have written?

BTW, The Podcast work for this week awesome and helped me realize that a huge chunk of what is holding me back from putting myself out there in the world and starting my nutrition coaching business is my need for approval and acceptance from others.
