Thought Download

The topic I am focusing on is weight loss. When I’m doing my thought download each day, I’m supposed to ‘write down all the thoughts in my head’, according to the instructions. Are these all thoughts I have in my head at the moment, or just the thoughts I have about losing weight? For example, I may be thinking of my grocery list, walking the dogs, dusting the house, etc. Do these go on the thought this as well?
