Thought download


I’m not sure I fully understand the assignment of a thought download. When should I do it? For how long should I do it? I’m Working on stop over eating and I find it challenging to keep up with that and the monthly course. Do I do one or the other? Do I do both? Where should I focus my thought download? After I have completed a thought download, then what do I do? Do I run models on each of the thoughts?

I think all of these questions were just a thought download… LOL!
