Thought download : am I really thinking this thought?


Hello LCS Coaches! I’m working on my money mindset. Part of my money work is to do a TD every morning answering the question : what am I thinking about money?

I had this recurrent thought/belief : I don’t have enough money and I decided to replace it by : At this right moment, I’ve enough money. It helps me feeling much less anxious about not being able to pay my rent and bills this month ( for now I do not have the money for it)

But when I do my TD, I still write every day : I don’t have enough money and i can’t seem able to determine if I write it everyday because it’s what I wrote for weeks and it’s kind of automatic to write it down, or if I really still believe that.
