I did a thought download this morning and models on my download.

Writing a thought download
Thoughts:
My husband has a better bike than me.
I don’t like my in-laws.
I’m not a good mother.
My friend doesn’t like me.
I should have replied to an email right away.
I wish I was more comfortable interacting with clients.
I wish I liked my Mother.
I wish I didn’t ask my aunt if she was feeling depressed.
I wish my mother was more sensitive and loving toward me.
What do I do with all this information that I have in my brain?
