this morning I found the strangest thought doing my thought download:
C: problem x and problem y are my problems for 10+ years
T: I’m not lovable, when I don’t have problems.
A: complain with friends who take their time to discuss x and y with me
R: Problems unsolved, feel stuck
I’ve worked on an alternative model and found:
C: – ” –
T: I’m completely lovable, no matter what.
F: helpless (can’t believe T)
R: I’m alone – WITH x and y AND without friends…
I know this is not how I want to think – any suggestion for a next step?
