I did a thought download today but I had no negative thoughts and I didn’t want to force any negative thoughts for the download because I was feeling so good!!
In this case, what do I do here to make sure I’m honing my consciousness skill?
Do I make a positive model and remind myself my thoughts are seperate from me?
