Thought download subject?

Dear Brooke, I’m from France, I’ve been listenning to your podcasts for a few months now and I decided to become a scholar a month ago (to take massive action!) I completed the stop overeating course and the advanced one and I’ve lost 22 pounds so far. THANKS! My question is about the thought download. When I do it first thing in the morning with my coffee, my thought download looks more like a to do list than what is expected from this exercise I guess. It’s true that I often have lists of to dos looping in my head and the work on overeating helped me realize that I was buffering on food. But should I ask myself a specific question before doing my thought download? Or should I choose a specific/painful problem? Thanks in advance for your answer, Michèle.
