I am finding that when I do thought downloads, initially, a bunch of negative thoughts will come out. Then, as I continue writing, I start to automatically find the better thoughts, the ones I want to be thinking or would put into an intentional model.
It is like the intentional thoughts are already there – the negative thoughts just need weeding out first. Does that make sense? Is that quite common? I’ve been doing this work now with daily thought downloads for several months. Recently, I have found that I rarely even put them into a model, as I usually finish the thought download feeling aligned and on track.
But I suppose I want to take this further and have the thoughts I want to be thinking take the lead.
