Thought download


I’m taking this to be just 5 minutes of stream-of-consciousness writing, no filter, just whatever goes through my mind when I pick up my pen. Is that correct? Or should I be exploring something more specifically, like overarching thoughts I may be having about myself, my relationships, my work, etc.?

I looked in the Self Coaching 101 booklet (page 10) and it says “We ask you to write about a general or specific problem.” But I didn’t see a particular instruction for the February thought downloads. Want to make sure I’m doing it right!
