I’m practicing my thought downloads and most are positive. I’ve been practicing positive thinking for close to 30 years to get through many experiences in my life. While learning and doing my homework I’m struggling to find multiple thoughts for homework to improve my mindset.
So this morning I decided to just write down my process of achieving what I want when planing whatever is happening in my head, Mother’s Day, daily wellbeing, etc. My question is, can I have more positive models than problem-solving models?
