Thought Downloads


Yesterday I realized I have a thought “I don’t matter” that underlies a lot of things I do in my life.

I want to try to work on changing this thought and a scholars friend suggested I do thought downloads and write down the thoughts I do want to think i.e. I do matter. I am worthy. I can feel all my feelings without resistance or reaction. After I wrote down those purposeful thoughts I did a download about them and even more negative thoughts came up! Like I have been this way for too much time. I can’t change. It is too hard.

What do I do now? Should a positive thought download include the negative thoughts?
