For this month’s workbook thought downloads, I’m noticing that mine are typically like a mini-vent session. They tend to be mostly negative/pessimistic and just like an unloading of thoughts… Is this right? I’ve heard you talk about thought downloads – and how they should not be formal (like a diary entry), but free-thought/let your mind wander/see what comes, yeah?
I guess I’m just wondering if –
1. Am I doing it right?
2. Are thought downloads typically negative? Would you do thought downloads day to day if they were just happy/positive?
