Thought : I want to get there, without the work.


I have a thought that makes me feel frantic and anxious. It shows up in business as well weight loss. The thought is, “I just want to get there.” “I want to get there, without the work.” I asked myself,” What is the rush?” The answer came up: If I spend the time doing the work which will be a long time – when will I enjoy the rewards of being thin or being rich. I also heard Brooke in one of the courses say, “If she doesn’t get to her 100m goal, so what? Because she is already feeling awesome about the process.” How can I tap into that place of feeling good about the process right now and stay on track?
