Thought Interruption VS Allowing


Interrupting the model” seemed fascinating to stop after the feeling. I posted a question on ” indulgent emotions/ thought- diet” . It occurred to me that I need a block or a process(diet) that helps me not to over think. Allowing it just making me feel drained out for days. I am proud of myself as I am learning to not to react to it BUT I am aware that even thoughts in circles is so unnecessary that are not serving the purpose. The price here is my mental sanity. Please help
