Thought Ladder for Stress

I am doing a thought download about my F: stressed

T: There is so much to do
T: I need to do this, that
T: I’m late on my schedule
T: I should be doing this also
T: I want to participate in that too, let’s squeeze that in my calendar

Which all comes back to saying the same. I am not stressed about the kids or money or other things.
Could you suggest some thoughts I could start using? I need a thought ladder because I cannot skip to
T: There is plenty of time to do whatever I choose.
I have so much ambition, so many interests! It’s like I’m trying to live 3 lives into one.
