EnouWhat is your process for doing a thought ladder? For example, if the bottom of the ladder is “I’m not good enough” and the goal thought is “I am good enough,” do you typically list out all the potential thoughts in between to get from bottom to top rung and then allocate a thought per week? A thought per month? Or do you start with a more neutral thought until you believe it and then come up with a thought that is closer to the goal thought? What are the tools you have seen to be effective for reaching a goal thought? Thanks!
