Hey Brooke,

Would love some help with my thoughts and models on creating a business.
1.) Unintentional
C: business working with runners/triathletes who overeat
T: I don’t know how to find clients
F: anxious
A: buffer w/social media
R: stay confused

2.) Unintentional
C: business working with runners/triathletes who overeat
T: I don’t know how I’ll connect with them
F: confused/anxious
A: buffer
R: not connect with clients or myself

So my intentional thoughts I’m needing more of a neutral thought because I get a lot of resistance with I know how to find clients or even I can figure out how to find clients.

1. Intentional
C: business working with runners/triathletes who overeat
T: I know runners and triathletes that overeat exist
F: neutral, maybe curious
A: google runners who overeat
R: find articles about runners and overeating

2. Intentional
C: business working with runners/triathletes who overeat
T: One day I might know how to connect with them
F: neutral
A: research ideal client
R: learn more about ideal client, how they connect with others.
