Thought loops

I feel like I’m in a thought loop/pattern. I keep thinking that I’m always behind and can’t catch up and get that as a result.

C: 5 cases due
T: I’m always behind and can’t catch up
F: defeated, apathetic
A: don’t complete my cases
R: stay behind and don’t catch up

I have gotten coaching on this and was told that even if It’s true that I’m behind (which it is) is not useful for me but I can’t stop thinking about it when I check my caseload every day and I’m behind. I need help breaking out of this because I’ll never catch up if I keep thinking that I’ll never catch up.
