Trying to get a handle on my thoughts and feelings around hunger. H have been conditioned by diets to ignore hunger and now I want I nourish my body.
Here is my thought model:
C- I haven’t eaten all day
T- I am just not hungry but I haven’t eaten
F- scared I am going to fall into restriction patterns
A- don’t eat or force-feed myself
R- frustrated because I am not able to tune into physical hunger
Am I on the right track?
