Just wanted to go thru a thought model with you. Before and then future intentional. Looking for feedback.

C: I have a daily food protocol
T: Why did I do that ?
F: disappointed
A: I ate whatever I wanted, didn’t fast like wrote out on protocol, ate my feelings
R: I didn’t lose weight and didn’t show up who I wanted to be, didn’t follow my protocol

C: I have a daily food protocol
T: I do hard shit! I can do this!
F: Confident
A: I ate on protocol, followed my plan.
R: I lost weight. I followed my protocol
