Thought recommendations

I have lived a lot of my life with the thought “I am running out of time, I need to figure all of this out right away”

“This” being pretty much everything in my life, weight loss, business goals, family stuff like how to parent my kids.

This thought makes me feel very panicky and anxious and is not serving me so I want to/ am feeling ready to switch it.

However the new thought I tried “I am only 25, I have plenty of time to figure all of this out” feels very passive and relaxed and though this feels “better” it doesn’t really inspire action.

Do you have any recommendations on a thought I could use that doesn’t make me feel panicky or passive when I think about my goals?

I realize different thoughts will work differently for different people, but I hoped you may be able to steer me in the right direction.
