How can you tell if you are thought swapping or if you believe an old and new belief and are simply still working on transitioning to the new belief. It seems like even if you believe a new belief the old one may still appear at times because you are human and thoughts just come at times based off of our programming (avoid pain, seek pleasure etc).
For example, I can believe I am good with money. At times I think I am not good with money, but most of the time I believe I am good with money. How do I know if I am just thought swapping and need to get greater awareness with my old model of not being good with money, or if I am simply still in the process of learning to believe new model, or I do believe new model but have old, not believable thoughts appear at times.
