Thought Work for Deeper Psychological Challenges??


How does the concept of the model and thought work, apply with psychological orientations like an avoidant attachment type??

I’m struggling very much with this avoidant attachment style in my own life and don’t want to pass this on to my own children.

How could I use thought work and the model to address this? I know it’s theoretically possible to change this attachment style but I don’t really know where / how to begin.
