thoughts about my day


I”m realizing I have so many thoughts about my day, none of which are intentional. For example “the morning is the time of the day when I have energy”, and “at the end of my workday I’m depleted”. I didn’t realize I was having all these thoughts, and would love some more direction in exploring the thoughts I have about my day, which up to now I have assumed were circumstances.

Is there a workbook or course that could be of help here?
