I have a full-time job and I’m starting a business. I’m finding it difficult to allow myself to relax.
Saturday, I woke up with a severe migraine, worked with a client despite the migraine, wrapped up some business details for the client and then did very little work the rest of the weekend.
Monday, I had a severe muscle spasm/pinched nerve that basically prevented me from moving (or driving) and I had to miss 2 days of work.
At the end of the day yesterday, I was beating myself up for not working on my business during my 2 days off since I didn’t have to be at my ‘day job’ – thinking I should have worked through the pain and been more productive.
This cycle is causing me to feel even less motivated to do anything at all (at work or in my business) and I’m worried that if I leave my job as planned in a couple months, I won’t be productive in my business…
