I understand about having a thought and the emotion follows. But it is also true that sometimes we don’t have a thought and we have an emotion. What should I do in that situation?
For example, I was watching tv and after watching a commercial that was very well done, my thought was “Nico (my son) was right about the commercials outside the US”. Immediately after that my eyes watered and a sensation of anguish invaded me. Why did that happen? I didn’t have a thought that could cause anguish.
