Thoughts Disappear When Focusing

When I sit down to do a TDL in the morning for this month’s work… Often I have no thoughts. Or they seem to “hide” when I relax and focus on my mind. I then do my morning meditation and sometimes some thoughts come (not usually anything negative, just random stuff) and sometimes not. If they come during meditation I write them down after. My question is… Do our brains bury thoughts deeper sometimes or am I just getting really good at mind management? I’ve always been very analytical and able to look at even very emotional situations in a logical fashion (sometimes to a detriment). Thank you! And again, thank you for this work, it’s fantastic!!
