What are some thoughts I can use to redirect my brain when I have work scheduled from MHO, but am tired or sleepy for whatever reason?
Last night I worked late to hand in an assignment and got 5 hrs of sleep. I normally sleep 9 hrs. Today I’m tired and sleepy, but still have more work to do. I know I’m physically tired, but I don’t want to layer on the fatigue with thoughts of “I’m so tired.”
I thought of “I can work while tired” and “There’s a lot more left in my tank than I think,” but I don’t think they’re clicking for me.
