Thoughts about hard work


Hi Brooke,

This is in response to my previous question about hard work not being fun. I believe this thought is what’s causing my inaction to losing weight. I’ve been doing some thought models on it and would like your feedback:

Old Model:
C – Going after my goal weight & losing 20lbs
T – This is going to be hard and it’s going to require lots of sacrifice and hard work.
F – overwhelmed, unmotivated
A – inaction
R – Not lose weight

New Thought Model:
C – Going after my goal weight & losing 20lbs
T – I can do hard things and enjoy the process of evolving to fulfill my purpose.
F – more open to the idea
A – look for ways to enjoy the process
R – start the process to losing weight.
