Thoughts on crying?


I feel like I used to cry a lot more, and think it was either when I was experiencing emotions that I didn’t know how to allow/sit with, or when I was indulging in self-pity.

Now that I’m better at the first, and no longer do the second, it seems I have less use for crying.

Is this something common, and/or do you have additional insights on this?
