Thoughts On Using A Calendar To Check Off Each Day Of Eating Success

Some programs I’m familiar with have you put an x or check on calendar squares to accumulate “on protocol’ days in a row. I wondered how this fits with Brooke’s Stop Overeating and weight loss theories. On one hand, I can see the benefit of the consecutive checked days, but on the other hand, it feels like we are asking our clients to be perfect right out of the gate. Thanks for any insight!
