How can i distinguish thoughts from emotions? When i do a thought download, I see some emotions and that leads me to believe I am doing some emotional thinking. For instance, i feel like i am not very functional. Or i feel like I am not going to make it. Can you haelp me distinguish thoughts from emotions?
