Tidy The Mind’s Bed

I am two months scholar and have been loving doing thought downloads every morning, using the month’s notebook.
It feels as if I am straightening my mind’s bed as first thing so that I can make it tidy and then move on with my day. Alas, unlike my bed, it doesn’t stay tidy, and I find that throughout the day, several times a day, I notice that I need to tidy my thoughts around wanting to eat off protocol. It becomes like another job I took on.

I wonder if maybe I am not doing it right the first time?
