Time B/w Meals Long Enough To Become Fat Adapted?

I know the focus of IF is extending the nightly fast. My schedule is different each day, sometimes I work late & usually get dinner around 9. I wake up early to do strength training & HIIT (black coffee before) & eat a small meal w/ protein afterwards around 8am (MWF) or Noon (TThSS) depending on the day. My large meals of salad/protein/healthy fats are around 2 & 9pm. NO SNACKING πŸ˜‰ I know my nightly fast isn’t super long because of this… however my question is, does your insulin lower enough in between my daily meals to become fat adapted as well? Or this only happens with the longer fasting periods? Thanks!
