Time to change protocol?


I’ve been on protocol for about 5 weeks now. I dropped 10 pounds within the first two weeks, but have not lost anything for almost 3 weeks now. I’m intermittentently fasting between 16-18 hours, eating two meals of protein and veggies, and having no problem sticking to it, and feel really good. I’ve had two joy eats in those 5 weeks–which was sharing dessert with others at dinner. No snacking, no cheating. I just don’t know if this long a stall in weight loss means I need to change something, or if this is a normal plateau. It’s frustrating! I’m working really hard, and would love to see that reflected on the scale. What do you think? If I were to change something, what would you suggest? Thanks!
