Dear Brooke,

I’m now 38 and for the past ten years I have the subjective feeling that the time flies and with the years, it’s getting faster and faster… I cannot believe that the half of the year is already gone…! I’m so busy with all the small stuff in a family life (my kids are 9m and 4y) that I have no time left for things that mean to me…

This is a source of a lot of frustration for me. Do you know any help with that issue?
