Time Management

As I am working toward becoming a full-time coach, I have a day job that takes a lot of my time. I just took the Monday Hour One course and love the concept! I am wondering the best way to incorporate the things at my day job that pop up that are out of my control? I know that the course talks about nothing that is important enough to alter your schedule after you do your Monday Hour One, but that is not feasible in my job. What is the best way to honor Monday Hour One AND still be able to honor my peers and supervisor at work?
